Asther has always enjoyed being active and really enjoys the camaraderie and community that is created through engagement and caring within a fitness center environment. She truly believes and aspires to live out that your health is your wealth and by living that way will help herself and all members always feel better inside and out. The members as well as her team is what she loves most about working at Continental Athletic Club; seeing the lives transformed every day inspires Asther and so many others each day. 


Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer/Membership Manager

Jen is an ACSM Exercise Physiologist and certified group exercise instructor at Continental Athletic Club whose passion is not only to make exercise challenging but exciting and fun for everyone. Jen can be found teaching everything from Zumba and PiYo to Barre and Bootcamp classes always with an energy that leaves members wanting to come back again and again. Her goal is for members and clients to leave the gym feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back the next day! Jen says that the members at CAC are some of the best group exercise participants she's ever had! Always encouraging and positive to keep all the instructors and trainers on their toes. 


Fitness Instructor/Trainer

Bill is one of Continental Athletic Clubs most recognizable trainers because he is usually in the club from sun up until sun down! Bill is an ACE certified instructor and personal trainer. He loves to show his clients the true joy of fitness and hopes every one walks out of their session feeling like they have done their best and can't wait to come back! He has been a part of Continental for over 16 years and loves all of his clients, teammates, and putting a smile on everyone's face. 



Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Heather is a fitness coach and group exercise instructor. Heather recently graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She started with Midtown Health in 2016 as an intern before coming to CAC. She is a group exercise instructor for a wide variety of classes ranging from boot camp and cycle to barre. Her favorite thing about CAC is the Synergy 360. She loves the versatility and functional training the Synergy 360 provides for all fitness levels. Whether Heather is instructing a group exercise class or personal training her goal is to help her clients live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Her training style emphasizes a focus on functional training to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance.


Yoga Instructor

Preeth has been teaching at the Continental Athletic Club since 1998 and is our resident Hatha Yoga Instructor. He has extensive Yoga training from an early age from two Yoga masters in Coimbatore, South India as well as his Yoga certification from one of the elite Yoga schools in South India. His passion and goals in fitness are to have a holistic approach to body and mind while embracing disciplines that promote such a state of well-being not only within himself but his clients as well. Preeth believes that regular Yoga practice is an important component of any fitness regimen and that it brings his clients strength, endurance, flexibility, as well as relaxation. He loves the cozy atmosphere, accessibility, and outstanding facilities but above all he notes some of the friendliest members and staff


Cycle Instructor

Andrea is our resident SPINNING Mad Dogg certified cycle instructor who focuses on getting her clients stronger in all aspects of life. Aside from the outward appearance that can be fostered through fitness, Andrea believes that exercise is the best way to keep stress at bay! About to give a work presentation or having a tough day? Just get yourself to the gym to clear your mind. Andrea loves the members at Continental Athletic Club and all the challenging team workouts 



Nelly has been with Continental Athletic Club for over 10 years! You can find her smiling and welcoming members as they check in for their daily workout or around the club keeping things looking and feeling wonderful. 



Arni is always around Continental Athletic Club helping members and staff in any way he can. He loves helping out and keeping the fitness floor clean and making sure every members' experience is the best it can be.
